Irgaliyev Aset

Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Aset Irgaliyev was born in 1986 in Kostanai. He graduated in 2008 from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Forecasting (KIMEP) with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics of Public Policy, and in the same year under the international exchange program, he graduated from the Jonkoping International Business School in Sweden with a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Economics. In 2009 he obtained a Master of Science Degree in Economics from York University and in 2010 he graduated from the University of Nottingham with a Master's degree in Philosophy in Economics.

Abdildin Batyrbek

Batyrbek Abdildin was born in 1982. He graduated from Kostanay State University named after A.Baitursynov and Central Asian University.

Shaimova Aigul

Aigul Shaimova was born on January 12, 1979 in Akmola region. In 1999 graduated the Gumilyov Eurasian University with outstanding honors, in 2004 - the Academy of Financial Police, in 2018 - the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

Tuleuov Olzhas

Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Olzhas Tuleuov was born in 1990 in the Karaganda region. He graduated from the Higher School of Economics of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, as well as the Master's degree of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He completed internships and advanced training courses at the Solbridge Business School of Wusong University (Republic of Korea), at the Central Bank of Russia, national banks of the Czech Republic and Switzerland, as well as at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).

Kusmanov Adil

Deputy Chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Adil Kusmanov was born on January 25, 1994, in the East Kazakhstan Region. He graduated from Nazarbayev University with a degree in Mathematics with an advanced focus on Economics. Under the international Bolashak scholarship programme, he obtained a Master’s degree in Mathematical Modelling and Scientific Computing from the University of Oxford. He is also a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

Zeifolda Manas

In July 2022, he was appointed Director of the Department of Economic Sectors of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Zeifolda Manas graduated with honors in 2004 from the T. Ryskulov KEU with a degree in international economics, in 2021 he graduated from the scientific and pedagogical master's degree of the Narxoz University Business school in the educational program of international audit and taxation.
