    Biography

    Batyrbek Abdildin was born in 1982. He graduated from Kostanay State University named after A.Baitursynov and Central Asian University.

    He started his career in 2001 as a representative of a foreign commercial organization.

    From 2002-2005— he was a specialist, head of the Public Procurement Department, Deputy Director of JSC "Kurylys Consulting of the Ministry of Industry" and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    From 2005-2009, he held senior positions in private organizations.

    From 2009-2011, he was the head of the Department of Public Procurement and Material Support, Deputy Director of the RSE "Center for the Introduction of Modern Medical Technologies".

    From 2011-2015, he was the Deputy chief physician of the State State Unitary Enterprise "City Hospital №1 of the Akimat of Astana".

    From 2015-2020, he worked in the private sector.

    From 2018-2019, he was the Executive Director of the Medical Tourism Association of Kazakhstan.

    From 2020-2021 — Head of the Project Office of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    From 2021-2024 – Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    From 2024-2025, he was an Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of the NJSC "State Corporation "Government for Citizens".

    From April 2025 he was appointed Chief of Staff of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    He was awarded the medal "Yeren yenbegi ushin".
