Biography
In July 2022, he was appointed Director of the Department of Economic Sectors of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Zeifolda Manas graduated with honors in 2004 from the T. Ryskulov KEU with a degree in international economics, in 2021 he graduated from the scientific and pedagogical master's degree of the Narxoz University Business school in the educational program of international audit and taxation.
From 2004 to 2012, he worked in the financial sector in various positions and was involved in risk management issues. In 2012-2013, he worked at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade in the financial sector development department.
In 2013-2017, he worked in the financial sector and in the quasi-public sector companies in various senior positions. In 2017-2019, he held the position of Deputy Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Pavlodar region and over swathe development of public-private partnerships and development of districts.
In 2019-2020, he worked at JSC "Fund of Problem Loans" as a Director of the Risk Management Department and in 2020-2021 in an organization for managing distressed assets in senior positions.
In September 2021 he moved to the economic bloc of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In July 2022, he was appointed Director of the Department of Economic Sectors of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
