Seidaliyev Shyngys

Biography
Shyngys Seidaliyev was born in 1993 in Taraz. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business in Finance. In 2016, he received a Master of Science degree in Finance from the same university.
He started his career in 2017 at the international company Deloitte as an assistant.
From 2017 to 2022, he held the positions of consultant, Lead and Senior Consultant at Deloitte TSF LLP.
From 2022 to 2025, he worked as a leading accountant and chief accounting specialist at the branch of KMG Kashagan B.V..
Since June 2025, he has been appointed Director of the Macroeconomic Policy Department of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve and the British Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
