Nurakhov Serik Kudaibergenovich

Serik Nurkazov was born in 1984 in the village of Zhambyl, Koksu district. Higher education. He graduated from Zhansugurov Moscow State University, Sh. Murtaza International Taraz Innovation Institute with a degree in economics and management, public and local administration, and a Master 's degree in Economics.

He started his career in the banking sector, working his way up from account manager to department head. Over the years, he worked as a leading specialist in the Balpyk rural district, chief specialist of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Koksu district, Department of Economics and Budget Planning, head of the Department of Health of the Almaty region, Department of Cost planning of economic sectors of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Zhetisu region .
