Nusipova Bakhytgul Temirkhanovna was born in 1970 in Taldykorgan region. Higher education. In 1994 she graduated from the Almaty Veterinary Institute, in 2006 Zhetysu State University named after I.Zhansugurov, majoring in zooengineering, law.
