Biography
Date and place of birth: 21.06.1980,Sarkan of the Sarkan district.
Education: In 1999 graduated from the Kazakh-Turkish Technical Lyceum, Taldykorgan;
In 2004, he graduated with honors from Tomsk State University with a degree in State and Municipal Administration, Tomsk, Russian Federation.
He started his career in 2004 as a leading specialist in the Department of Economics of the Almaty region.
2006 – 2009 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Almaty region.
2009 – 2012 - Head of the Investment Policy and Planning Department of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Almaty region.
2012 – 2016 - Leading, Chief Manager of the Department of Budget Planning and Corporate Development of JSC Alatau for the development of the Almaty region.
2016-2018 - Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship in Taldykorgan.
2018-2023 - Chief Inspector of the Akim's office, head of the Department of organizational and inspection work of the Akim's office of Almaty region, Zhetisu region, Deputy Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Industrial and Innovative Development of Zhetisu region.
Since February 2024, he has been appointed Deputy Chief of Staff of the Zhetisu region.
