Akylbekov Baghdad Baktybayevich

Born on February 21, 1965. He graduated from high school in 1982 with a gold medal. In 1987 he graduated from the Kazakh Agricultural Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering.

He began his career as a mechanic of the auto garage of the collective farm.Chokan of the Kerbulak district of Almaty region.
1988-1991 – was elected secretary of the Komsomol committee named after him.Chokan, the second secretary of the Kerbulak district Komsomol committee.
1991-1994 – worked as the head of the mechanized detachment of the Guards district enterprise of mechanization and electrification.
1994-2001 – headed a peasant farm, was elected vice-president of the Taldykurgan regional Association of farmers "Agro".
From 2001 to the present, he has worked as a chief specialist, head of the Transport and Communications Department of the Akim of Almaty region, chief inspector of the akim of the region, head of the social sphere department, head of the labor inspection Department, head of the analytical department, head of the documentation support and control department of the Akim of the Akim of Almaty region.

Since August 2022, he has been appointed head of the department of documentation support and control of the office of the akim of the Zhetisu region.
