Biography
Born in 1981. Higher education. He graduated from Almaty State University named after Abai with a degree in general law.
He began his career in 2007 as an investigator of the military police department of the Saryozek garrison of the Almaty region.
In different years, he worked as deputy head of a municipal state institution, head of the department of current and capital repairs, head of the department of repair and maintenance of computer equipment and communications of the municipal state institution "Economic Management" of the Akim's office of the Almaty region.
Since October 11, 2022, he has been appointed head of the municipal state institution "Department of Mobilization Training, Civil and Territorial Defense" of the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Zhetisu region".
