Shaukharov Talap Sailaubaevich
He was born on July 31, 1982 in the village of Talapty, Koksu district, Almaty region.
In 2001 he graduated from Taldykorgan College of Economics and Technology, in 2005 - Kazakhstan University of Engineering and Economics by specialties – tax and taxation, finance and credit.
He began his career in 2004 as a handyman-picker of the 2nd category of Metacon LLP.
In 2006-2007 - sales consultant, manager, warehouse manager of the branch of ABDI-Company JSC in Taldykorgan;
2007-2013 – Specialist, Head of the Taldykorgan Banking Service Center of the Almaty Regional branch in Otegen Batyr village of Temirbank JSC;
2013-2016 – Manager, Corporate Secretary of Zhetysu Akparat Media Holding JSC;
2016-2019 – Chief Specialist of the Department of Public Services of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Almaty region;
2019-2021 – Chief Specialist of the Department of Public Services of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Almaty region;
2021-2022 – Head of the Department of Monitoring of Public Services and Information Technologies of the office of the Akim of Taldykorgan;
2022 – Chief Inspector of the Department of Human Resources Management and Monitoring of Public Services of the office of the Akim of the Zhetisu region.
Since September 2022 – Head of the financial and economic department of the Akim of the Zhetisu region.
