Biography
Born on January 23, 1975 in Baktybay Zholbarysuly village, Eskeldinsky district, Zhetysu region.
Higher education. She graduated from Taldykorgan Law Institute, I. Zhansugurov Zhetysu State University with a degree in law, state and local government.
She is married and has a daughter.
He started his career in 1996 as a lawyer in commercial structures.
From October 2001 to 2005, he worked as the chief specialist-lawyer of the Office of the mayor of Taldykorgan.
From 2005 to 2011, he worked as a chief specialist, Chief Inspector of the legal and State Legal Department of the Office of the Akim of Almaty region.
