Biography
Born in 1982. Higher education. Graduated from the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the A.Zholdasbekov Institute, the Alma-U International Business Academy; the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, the Kazakh Agrarian Research University, majoring in Master of Business Administration, Traffic Engineer, Agronomy.
He began his career with service in the Police Department of Almaty region.
In different years, he headed the IP "Taldykorgan-Comfort", LLP "Tandoor". In January 2022, he was appointed head of the municipal state institution "Economic Management" of the Akim's office of the Almaty region.
Since December 2022, he has been appointed head of the municipal state institution "Administration of the affairs of the Akim of the Zhetisu region" of the state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Zhetisu region".
