Biography
Kultursynov Abylai Zhorabekuly was born in 1994 in the city of Shymkent.He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Suleiman Demirel University, the Faculty of Economics of the Central Asian Innovation University.
He started his career in 2015 as a specialist in providing legal consulting services to the Almaty Business Association. From 2017 to 2020, he worked in various positions in the Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken" of Astana, the Committee of Highways of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development, the Department of Legislation of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2020 to 2022, he served as an assistant to a Deputy of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since August 2022, he has been appointed head of the Department of External Relations and Protocol Events of the Akimat of the Zhetisu region.
