He was born in 1994. He graduated from L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University, Turan-Astana University with majors in "Two foreign languages: English", "jurisprudence".

He started his career as an expert in the Department of State Information Policy Analysis of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Over the years, he worked as the chief expert of the Department for Analysis of state Information Policy, the chief expert of the Department for Information Work in the Internet and Social Networks of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, head of the Public Relations Department. – Press Service of the Department of Public Relations of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of the Department for Information Work in the Internet and Social Networks of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Deputy Head of the Department of Public Development of the Zhetisu region .
