The Department of Uis in Abay region informs about the conduct of unscheduled certification within the framework of the order of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 26, 218 "on approval of the rules for unscheduled certification of employees of Internal Affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the order).
The goal is personnel planning for the next quarter on the nomination of employees to higher management positions.
Employees holding positions in accordance with the order of the Ministry of internal affairs No. 773 of September 29, 2022, no later than five working days from the date of publication of the announcement belonging to the nomenclature of the minister, deputy minister, as well as the accounting and control nomenclature of the Ministry and wishing to pass unscheduled certification, submit to the Department of the UIs of the Abai region a report in accordance with the model and a service list formed using the Documentologist system.
Employees are not allowed for unscheduled certification:
1) non-compliance with the minimum qualification requirements for managerial positions (order of the Ministry of internal affairs dated June 12, 2020 No. 463).
2) have existing disciplinary penalties;
3) employees in respect of whom official or pre-trial investigations are being conducted.
Qualification requirements:
1. Head of the Department of the Auez District Probation Service of Semey (C-SVR-4):
Higher education corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position;
1) at least three years of work experience in the law enforcement service;
2) at least four years of work experience in special state bodies or military service or in the position of a judge;
3) at least four years of public service experience;
4) at least six years of work experience in areas corresponding to the functional areas of a particular position of this category;
5) at least five years of work experience for persons included in the Presidential Youth personnel Reserve.
