A mini-football tournament dedicated to the memory of a veteran of the Penal Colony, Major of Justice Adlet Musratovich Rakhimzhanov, was held in the penal Colony in the Abai region. The sports event brought together UIS employees, service veterans and relatives of a man who devoted his life to serving the law.
Adlet Musratovich Rakhimzhanov began his service in the penal colony in 2001 as the head of the department of educational work among convicts at the OV-156/18 penal institution in the East Kazakhstan region. Over the years of impeccable service, he has gone through a professional path in various senior positions, and in 2016 he was appointed head of the institution OV-156/16 of the Department of the Penitentiary System for the East Kazakhstan region. In 2020, Adlet Musratovich took a well-deserved rest, and in 2021 he passed away, leaving behind a bright memory as a principled leader, wise mentor and a man with high moral qualities.
His father's business is continued today by his son, Azamat Adletovich Musratov, who serves as the controller of the Department of the supervisory service of the same institution that his father once led. This is a vivid example of the continuity of generations and loyalty to the chosen cause.
Five teams took part in the tournament, representing the Department of Penal Correction in the Abai region, the probation service, as well as institutions No. 19, No. 20 and No. 21.
The honored guests of the event were Adlet Musratovich's mother, his wife, Zhazira Rakhimzhanova, his sister, relatives, veterans of the penitentiary system and employees of institutions.
According to the results of the competition, the first place was won by the team of the UIS Department in the Abai region. The silver medalist was the team of institution No. 20, the third place was taken by the team of institution No. 19.
- It is a great honor for our family to see that the memory of Adlet Musratovich lives in the hearts of his colleagues and friends. He always treated his work with full dedication, sincerely worried about the team and considered service his vocation. I thank the management and staff of the UIS for preserving the memory of him and for the attention given to our family. It is very valuable for us," said Zhazira Rahimzhanova.
- Adlet Musratovich was a leader who was distinguished by high professionalism, fairness and sincere dedication to service. He has educated more than one generation of employees and left a significant mark in the history of the UIS. Such tournaments help to preserve the memory of people who, through their work, strengthened the authority of the service, and also instill in young employees a sense of respect for the profession, generational continuity and team spirit. The tournament has become not only a sporting event, but also a symbol of respect for the veterans of the Penal Correction System, whose dedication to service, professionalism and human qualities remain a worthy example for the current generation of employees," said Rustem Berlibekov, Acting head of the institution.
