    Biography

    Director of the Lisakovskiy mining and processing plant (1970 - 1985).
    Dmitry Antonovich began his career as a foreman at the ore-processing plant of the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Combine.
    After graduating from the Magnitogorsk Mining and Metallurgical Institute, he worked as a foreman at the Sokolovsko-Sarbaisky Combine.
    From 1970 to 1985 - Director of the Lisakovsky Mining and Processing Plant.
    Directly under his leadership, the first stage of the Lisakovsky mining and processing plant was commissioned, the processing plant was reconstructed,
    and the planned and comprehensive development of the city was carried out. During his work at the plant as director, Sharygin D.A. the design capacity of three start-up complexes with a capacity of 11.7 million tons of crude ore
    and 5.8 million tons of iron ore concentrate were built, put into operation and mastered. For many years, work has been purposefully carried out in search of effective
    technologies for the enrichment of Lisakovsky oolite ores.
    For more than ten years, the collective of the Lisakovsk Mining and Processing Plant was presented with the Challenging Banner of the USSR Ministry of Chermet and the Central 
    Committee of the branch trade union.Veteran of the Great Patriotic War. He was awarded the orders of the "October Revolution", the "Red Banner of Labor", was a holder of the "Miner's Glory" badges, was awarded a silver medal of the Exhibition
    of Economic Achievements, diplomas and certificates. The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Council of People's Deputies of August 27, 1981 No. 202.
