Head of the construction complex of JSC "Lisakovskrudstroy".
Heading the team of builders of the Lisakovskrudstroy trust from 1983 to 1987, Kenes Nurkanovich put
 a lot of effort and energy into the construction of the Belinsky and Kurzhunkul mines, a boiler house 
on the industrial site of the Krasnooktyabrsky bauxite mine administration, housing and social amenities.
His organizational skills, ability to work with people, exactingness and at the same time kindness to subordinates
 and colleagues at work allowed him to go through school from a foreman to a manager of the Lisakovskrudstroy trust.
He was awarded two Orders of the Badge of Honor and certificates of honor.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat
 of the first convocation of July 16, 1996, No. 114.
