Secretary of the party committee of the Lisakovskrudstroy trust (1972-1994).
In March 1972 he was elected secretary of the party committee of the Lisakovskrudstroy trust.
He led the party headquarters on the construction of the Belinsky, Kurzhunkulsky mines, secondary schools in the city No. 3, 4, 5 and schools in the state farms of Taranovsky and Kamyshnensky districts. Initiator and organizer of the construction of a stadium, an amusement town and the first sports complex.
For 14 years he was elected as a deputy of the Lisakovsk City Council of People's Deputies.
Awarded with four medals.
The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decree of the Presidium of the Lisakovsk City Council of People's Deputies dated August 21, 1990 No. 21.
