Excavator driver of the mechanized operations management of the Lisakovskrudstroy trust.
The first builder of the city of Lisakovsk. He was always distinguished for his hard work and high professionalism. Since 1971, the crew of A.V. Anisimov, joining the followers of the famous Rudny excavator E.P. Antoshkin, for two decades carried out two five-year tasks for the construction of the most important facilities of the city and the region for two decades. 
Based on the study of the techniques and methods of its work, design organizations have developed and implemented a technological map of advanced methods of excavating work in a construction site.

Anatoly Vladimirovich was a participant in the All-Union meeting of production leaders under the USSR Ministry of Heavy Engineering. Every month he transferred one day's earnings to the Peace Fund, for which he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Soviet Peace Fund.
He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor and entered into the Golden Book of Honor of the Ministry of Heavy Construction of the Kazakh SSR.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Council of People's Deputies dated November 30, 1982, No. 331.
