Волокитин Павел Августович

He began his career in July 1975 in the internal affairs bodies. In July 1994, he was dismissed from the internal 
affairs bodies for seniority from the post of first deputy head of the department of internal affairs of the city 
of Lisakovsk, the main department of internal affairs of the Kostanay region.From 2007 to the present, he is the 
chairman of the Council of Veterans of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Lisakovsk.

Pavel Avgustovich organized and directed the work of the department of internal affairs of the city of Lisakovsk.
He took measures aimed at stabilizing the operational situation and improving the work of the internal affairs bodies
 to ensure law and order and fight crime. He made a significant contribution to the development of the Kazakh police.

Volokitin P.A. a great deal of work is being done to educate young personnel. On the 25th anniversary of the Day of
 Kazakhstani Police, Pavel Avgustovich initiated the opening of the Museum "Police Glory" in the administrative building of the department.

For impeccable service and exemplary performance of official duties in the internal affairs bodies, he was repeatedly encouraged by the 
leadership of the GUVD of the Kostanay region and the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs. He was awarded the medal "Kazakhstan police 
20 zhyl" (2013), the medal "For excellent service in the protection of public order" (1987), the medal "For impeccable service of 
the 3rd degree (1984), the badge" For excellent service in Ministry of Internal Affairs "(1989), badge" Excellence in the police "(1985)
. He was a specialist of the 2nd class (order of the Internal Affairs Directorate No. 59 l / s dated 02.19.1993).

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the session of the Lisakovsk
 city maslikhat of the sixth convocation of August 3, 2017 No. 131.
