First Deputy Head of the City Administration.
Skillful and zealous business executive. In Lisakovsk, he began to work in a very difficult time for the city: the mining and processing plant was in a fever, there were problems with paying for the shipped products - all this meant non-payments to the budget, delayed payment of wages and uncertainty about the future. It was the turn of the creation of municipal utilities. There was, perhaps, not a single question, not a single sphere in the life of the city, in which he was not competent: he skillfully shaped the thinking of the heads of enterprises to work in the conditions of the formation and development of the region.

Success in this multifaceted and difficult work was accompanied by the fact that the city did not lose its housing stock, social and cultural facilities, and gradually restored old production facilities.
All the townspeople noted his kindness, humanity and willingness to help in difficult times.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat of the first convocation of July 16, 1996, No. 114.
