    Biography

    Born on July 21, 1978, in Temirtau, Karaganda Region.

    In 2005, he graduated from the Karaganda Metallurgical Institute with a degree in Economics.

    2000-2002: Leading economist, leading specialist, and chief specialist in the Budget Lending and Credit Programs Department of the Public Borrowing Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2008-2010: Head of the Budget Lending Department of the Public Borrowing Department, the Department of Methodology for Public Asset Management, Internal Financial Control, and Budget Lending, as well as the Department of Planning and Methodology for Public Asset Management, Budget Lending, and Budget Program Analysis and Evaluation at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2010-2011: Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Methodology for Public Asset Management, Budget Lending, Budget Program Analysis and Evaluation, and Bankruptcy Procedures at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2011-2013: Director of the Department of Budget Lending, the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Concession Projects, Budget Investments in the Quasi-Public Sector, and Financial Sector Relations at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2013-2017: Director of the Department of Budget Lending, the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Financial Sector Relations at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2017-2022: Managing Director for Business Development of Block 1 and Block 2, Board Member of the Eurasian Development Bank, and Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Development Bank.

    2024: Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Development Bank of Kazakhstan.

    By Resolution No. 398-VIII SP of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 6, 2025, he was appointed as a member of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
