    Biography

    Born on February 12, 1971, in the city of Taraz, Zhambyl Region.

    In 2002, graduated from Aulie-Ata University with a degree in Law.

    In 2005, graduated from Aulie-Ata University with a degree in Economics and Finance.

    In 2023, graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, earning a master's degree in "Public and Municipal Administration."

    He began his career in 1998-1999 as a leading specialist, then a chief specialist at the Committee for Trade and Public Procurement of the Administration of Shymkent.

    2001: Head of the Control Department of the Territorial Administration of the Committee for State Control over the Production and Turnover of Excise Goods under the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2001-2002: Acting Head and later Head of the Control Department of the Territorial Administration of the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Zhambyl Region.

    2004-2006: Head of the Excise Administration Department for Petroleum Products and Other Excise Goods under the Excise Administration of the Tax Committee in Almaty.

    2008-2009: Head of the Tax Collection Department of the Tax Committee for the Yenbekshikazakh District of the Almaty Region.

    2009-2010: Head of the Excise Administration Department of the Tax Department in the Almaty Region.

    2010-2011: Head of the Excise Administration Department of the Tax Department in Almaty.

    2011-2014: Deputy Head and later Deputy Director of the Tax Administration for the Almaly District of the Tax Department in Almaty.

    2015-2018: Deputy Director and later Director of the State Revenue Administration for the Karasay District of the Almaty Region.

    2018-2019: Head of the Debt Management Administration and later Head of the Export Control Administration of the State Revenue Department in the Zhambyl Region.

    2019-2020: Deputy Director of the State Revenue Department in the Aktobe Region.

    2020-2024: Director of the Department of Internal State Audit for the City of Almaty under the Committee of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    2024-2025: Director of the Department of Internal State Audit for the Zhambyl Region under the Committee of Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

    By Resolution No. 650-VIII MP of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 12, 2025, appointed as a member of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
