Nurpeissov Rustem

He was born on 15 October, 1971 in Karly-Kol village of Kokshetau district of Kokshetau region. He is married and has three children.

He graduated from Akmolinsk Financial Economic College, Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov, Karaganda State University named after E.A. Buketova.

He is a public auditor of the highest category, has a number of international certificates (CIPFA Public Auditor, United Kingdom; Government audit system, Japan).

Labour activity was started in 1988 in Komsomol Organization.

From January 1992 to August 1994 he was Deputy Director of Avangard village of Ualikhanov district in Kokshetau region.

From August 1994 to 1997 he was a specialist of Tax Inspection of Ualikhanov district in Kokshetau region.

From February to July 1997 he worked as a specialist, senior specialist of financial department of Ualikhanov distict in Kokshetau region.

From August 1997 to 1999 - a specialist of financial department of Zerenda district in Northern Kazakhstan region.

From July 1999 to July 2002 he held a position of a specialist of financial department of Akmola region.

From August 2002 to January 2015 he held positions of a state auditor – consultant, senior expert – senior state auditor, head of the sector, deputy head of the department of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

From January 2015 to January 2016 - a head of the Department for State Control of Economic Development of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

From January 2016 to December 2016 he worked as a head of the Department for the state audit of economic development of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

From December 2016 to July 2017 he was a head of the Department for Methodology and International Cooperation of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

From July 2017 to August 2017 he held a position of a head of the sector for preliminary assessment of the Department of Planning, Analysis and Reporting of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

From September 2017 to June 2018 he worked as a director of the department for internal audit and control of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 2018 to July 2018 he was a deputy head of the department of the state audit of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

From August 2018 to June 2021 he was a head of Real Sector of Economy – state auditor of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

From June 2021 to November 2022 he was a Member of the Accounts Committee for Control over Execution of the Republican Budget.

By the Decision of the Majilis (Lower House of Parliament) of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 30, 2022, No. 606-VII MP he was appointed as a Member of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Awarded with the order “Kurmet” (2020), the state medal “Eren Enbegi Ushin” (2008), departmental awards and jubilee medals.

Information and analytical support of the activities of the Supreme Audit Chamber in the supervised areas.

Consideration (approval) of draft NLA, the developers of which are the central state bodies in the supervised areas.
