Biography
Born on February 12, 1972, in the village of Ilyinka, North Kazakhstan Region.
Graduated from the Kurgan State Agricultural Academy in 1994 and from the Academy of
Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2000.
Candidate of Economic Sciences, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
He began his career in 1987 as a locksmith in the Sokolovsky District, North Kazakhstan Region.
1994-1995: Senior Specialist at the Sokolovsky branch of “Igilikbank.”
1995-1997: Chairman of the Committee on Economics at the Akim's Office of Sokolovsky District, North Kazakhstan Region.
1997-1998: Chairman of the Committee on Small and Medium Business at the Akim's Office of Kyzylzhar District, North Kazakhstan Region.
2000-2001: Senior Inspector at the Akim's Office of North Kazakhstan Region.
2001-2004: Deputy Head and then Head of the Department at the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in North Kazakhstan Region.
2004-2006: Akim of Akkayin District, North Kazakhstan Region.
2006-2008: Chief of Staff at the Akim's Office of North Kazakhstan Region.
2008-2010: Deputy Akim of North Kazakhstan Region.
2010-2016: Head-Chairman of the Disciplinary Council of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in North Kazakhstan Region; later Head-Chairman of the Disciplinary Council in Astana, and Deputy Head-Chairman of the Disciplinary Council of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in Astana.
2016-2018: Head of the Department of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Astana and Chairman of the Ethics Council of the Ministry of Civil Service Affairs in Astana.
Since 2018: Chairman of the Revision Commission for North Kazakhstan Region.
By Decree No. 10 of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated 2022, he was appointed as a Member of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awarded the medal "Eren enbegi ushin" (2007) as well as departmental and anniversary awards.
