Biography
Was born on November 16, 1982.
In 2005 graduated from Aulie-Ata University with a degree in Information system (in Economics).
In 2010 graduated Zhambyl Humanitarian-Technical University with a degree in finance.
In 2023, graduated from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, specializing in Master of Economics.
In 2005 – 2006 worked as non-staff employee, senior specialist of the Tax Registration Department at the Tax Committee of Bayzak District, Zhambyl Region.
From 2007 to 2010, he worked as a Chief Specialist of the Department of State Databases of JSC «National Information Technologies».
From 2010 to 2014, he held the positions of Expert, Chief Expert, and Head of Department at the Agency for Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2014 to 2018, he served as Chief Expert, Deputy Head, and Head of the Department for Statistics of Astana City of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2018, he was appointed for the position of the Advisor to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked as the Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chief Inspector of the Personnel Department of the Prime Minister’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to 2022, he held the position of Head of the Secretariat of the Minister for Economy and Financial Policy of the Eurasian Economic Commission.
From 2022 to 2023, he served as the Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Head of the Secretariat of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2023-2024, he worked as Deputy Chief of the Staff of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In April 2024, by the Chairman of the Supreme Audit Chamber with the consent of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Chief of the Staff of the Supreme Audit Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Was awarded the Order of Kurmet and the Certificate of Honor of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
