Biography
Zhumatova Asem Alibekovna was born in 1979 in the village of Bolshaya Vladimirovka, Beskaragaysky district, Semipalatinsk region.
Graduated from the Kazakh Financial and Economic Institute.
She started her career in 1998 as a tax inspector of the Tax Committee of the city of Semipalatinsk.
From 2000 to 2003, she worked in various positions in the Tax Committee of the city of Semipalatinsk.
From 2004 to 2008 - Chief Specialist, economist of the Finance Department of Beskaragai district of East Kazakhstan region.
From 2008 to 2011 - Chief Specialist of the Departments of Finance, Economics and Finance of the city of Semey.
From 2011 to 2022 - Head of the sector of the Departments of Economics and Finance, Economics and budget planning of the city of Semey.
Since August 23, 2022, she has been appointed head of the Budget Policy and Revenue Forecasting Department of the state institution «Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Abay Region».
