    Biography

    Akhmetova Dinara Ryskulova was born in 1970 in Ayagoz district of Semipalatinsk region.

    In 1988, she graduated from the Semipalatinsk Financial and Economic College, and in 2006 from the Central Asian University with a degree in Finance.

    She began her career in 1988 as an economist at the Kokpekti District Council of People’s Deputies.

    From 1990 to 1991, she worked as a senior economist at the Ayagoz District Employment Bureau.

    From 1991 to 1995, she worked as a specialist at the Employment Center of Ayagoz city.

    From 1995 to 2005, she worked as a specialist at the Employment Center of Semey city – Labor Exchange.

    From 2005 to 2010, she worked as a chief specialist at the Department of Employment and Social Programs of Semey city.

    From 2010 to 2021, she served as Head of the Sector for Planning and Analysis of Budget Programs of the Department of Employment, Social Programs and Civil Registry Office of Semey city.

    From 2021 to 2022, she served as Deputy Head of the Department of Employment, Social Programs and Civil Registry Office of Semey city.

    From April to August 2022, she served as Head of the Sector for Social Adaptation of Socially Vulnerable Groups of the Department of Employment, Social Programs and Civil Registry Office of Semey city.

    From 2022 to 2024, she served as Head of the Department for Planning and Financing of Budget Programs of the Department for Coordination of Employment and Social Programs of Abai Region.

    From April 16, 2024 to September 1, 2025, she served as Head of the Department for Education, Culture, Sports and Law Enforcement Agencies of the State Institution “Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region”.

    Since September 2, 2025, she has been appointed Head of the Department for Social Sector Planning.
