Sekerkhanov Daulet Sabyrzhanuly

Sekerkhanov Daulet Sabyrzhanuly was born on July 22, 2000, in Beskaragai District, East Kazakhstan Region.

In 2021, he graduated from Shakarim State University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.

He began his career in 2018 as a translation editor at the Finance Department of the city of Semey.

From 2019 to 2020, he worked as an operator of copying and duplicating machines at the Department of Economy and Finance of the city of Semey.

In 2021, he worked as an intern and manager in the area of recovery of problem debts of legal entities at a branch of Forte Bank JSC, as well as an economist at the “Zharkyn” peasant farm.

From 2022 to 2024, he held the positions of Acting Chief Specialist and Chief Specialist of the Department of Education, Culture, Sports and Law Enforcement Agencies of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.

From 2024 to 2025, he worked as Chief Specialist of the Department of Investment Policy and Regional Development of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.

From September 2, 2025, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Department for Planning of Housing and Utilities, Transport and Regional Development of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.

Since February 13, 2026, he has held the position of Head of the Department for Planning of Housing and Utilities, Transport and Regional Development of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.
