Biography
Khaibullin Rustam Mirshatovich was born in 1977 in the city of Semipalatinsk, Semipalatinsk region.
Graduated from Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim.
He began his career in 1994 as a milling machine operator at JSC Semmashzavod “Instrumentalshchik”.
From 2002 to 2009, he worked as a chief specialist at the Department of Finance of Semey city.
From 2009 to 2012, he served as Head of Sector at the Department of Finance of Semey city.
From 2012 to 2022, he served as Deputy Head of the Departments of Finance, Economy and Finance of Semey city.
From August 16, 2022 to February 8, 2024, he served as Head of the Investment Policy Department of the State Institution “Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region”.
Since February 9, 2024, he has been appointed Head of the Department for Material Production and Revenue Forecasting of the State Institution “Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region”.
