Omasheva Meruert Sabitovna

Omasheva Meruert Sabitovna was born in 1988 in the village of Barshatas, Ayagoz District, Semipalatinsk Region.

She graduated from S. Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical University.

She began her career in 2008 as an accountant at the specialized boys’ boarding school-lyceum «Zhas Ulan» in the city of Semey.

From 2010 to 2014, she worked as an accountant, sports inspector, and accountant of the department responsible for implementing the apartment building renovation program.

From 2014 to 2022, she held the positions of inspector, statistician, records management inspector, acting chief specialist, and chief specialist in the Finance Department, as well as in the Department of Economy and Finance of the city of Semey.

From 2022 to 2023, she worked as Head of the Sector for Management and Disposal of Municipal Property of the Department of Economy and Finance of the city of Semey.

From 2023 to 2024, she held the positions of Chief Specialist of the Investment Policy Department and Chief Specialist of the Department of Land Relations and Environmental Management Regulation of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.

On March 6, 2024, she was appointed Head of the Department of Land Relations and Environmental Management Regulation of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.

From September 2, 2025, she worked as Head of the Department of Basic Sectors of the Economy of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.

Since October 8, 2025, she has held the position of Head of the Department of Investment Policy and Public-Private Partnership Development of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.
