Biography
Makalova Arailym Aidynovna was born on September 12, 1990, in the village of Taskesken, Urjar District, East Kazakhstan Region.
In 2013, she graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovative University with a degree in Finance.
She began her career in 2011 as an economist at the Children and Youth Sports School of Ayagoz District.
From 2011 to 2014, she worked as Chief Accountant at the Children and Youth Sports School of Ayagoz District.
From 2014 to 2016, she held the positions of Chief Accountant at the Employment Center of Ayagoz District, as well as Accountant and Chief Accountant at the East Kazakhstan Regional Boarding School for Gifted Children in Sports.
From 2018 to 2022, she worked as Deputy Director for Finance at the East Kazakhstan Regional Boarding School for Gifted Children in Sports.
From 2022 to 2025, she held managerial positions in the financial-administrative and financial-economic departments of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of Abai Region.
In 2025, she worked as Head of the Administrative and Financial Department of the Department of Religious Affairs of Abai Region.
Since September 17, 2025, she has held the position of Head of the Department for Planning of Education, Culture and Law Enforcement Sectors of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning of Abai Region.
