Administrator of LLP "Mini-Center for Early Childhood Development" Balagai ".
She has been working in the education system of the city of Lisakovsk for more than forty years, of which she
 headed the preschool educational center "Murager" for more than twenty-five years.Under her leadership, the preschool
 institution became the silver medalist of the republican competition "The best kindergarten of the year" in 2000, 
as well as the winner of a number of regional and republican competitions.

In 2000, for the first time in the city, she opened groups with the state language of instruction, became an initiator 
in organizing recreation for schoolchildren in the summer within the walls of a kindergarten.
With her direct participation, sanatorium groups for the improvement of children with special needs were opened,
 she introduced an experimental course "Self-knowledge".

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the session of the Lisakovsk 
city maslikhat of the fifth convocation of July 16, 2015 No. 322.
