 republican and international levels.Pavel Alekseevich is a multiple champion and winner of city and regional competitions, 
he is a gold, bronze and silver medalist of republican, international and World Games. One of the ten best athletes of the Kostanay region.
 In 2012, within the framework of the national project "Sports of Equal Opportunities", he became a laureate of the "Kaysar Tula" award. 
He is an eighteen-time champion of Kazakhstan. He has 16 medals of international dignity.

Pavel Alekseevich took part in the Asian Games in 2010, 2011 and 2013.
In December 2011, in the United Arab Emirates, he represented Kazakhstan at the World Championship among athletes with disabilities, 
where he won a license to participate in the 2012 Olympic Games in London. In the same year he was awarded the title of Master of Sports 
of International Class of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the eve of the VII Asian Games, he participated in the "Torch Procession".

In 2013 in Holland at the World Amputee Games he won a gold medal in shot put and a bronze medal in discus throw. In 2014, as part of the
 Italian Open in Athletics, he became the champion and bronze medalist of the competition.
Pavel Alekseevich made a significant contribution to popularizing a healthy lifestyle, developing sports among people with disabilities, 
improving the image of the city of Lisakovsk in the country and abroad.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the session of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat
 of the fifth convocation of July 24, 2014 No. 235.
