V.A. Koshelev - editor of the newspaper "Lisakovskaya nov".
In 1969 Vasily Andreevich came to the city of Lisakovsk, worked in the editorial office of the newspaper "Lisakovskaya Nov" a
s a literary employee. He was elected first secretary of the Lisakovsky city committee of the Komsomol, worked as the head of
 the internal policy department of the Lisakovsky Admsoviet of the Lisakovskaya FEZ, deputy chairman of the Admsoviet, oversaw the social sphere.

Over the past 10 years, V.A. sponsorship assistance to pensioners, disabled people, socially protected strata of the population was organized,
 which amounted to 5 million tenge. Themes of economics, social development, moral education, respect for the traditions laid down by the first 
builders, stories about the best people of the city are constant on the pages of the newspaper "Lisakovskaya Nov".

Vasily Andreevich was elected a deputy of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat of the fourth convocation, led the parliamentary faction,
 was the chairman of the party control commission of the LF NDP "Nur Otan".
Vasily Andreevich is the author of the books "Lisakovsk: the geography of deeds and names", "The city of our hopes", the literary editor
 of the local history research "Lisakovsk is us", the books "Civil Creation", "We will not forget these names", "High voltage", " Attraction of Lisakovsk ".

V.A. Koshelev - Honorary journalist of the Republic of Kazakhstan, diploma winner of the republican prize "Tanym", awarded with medals "Veteran of Labor", 

"Kazakhstan Respublikiysynyk tauelsizdigine 10 zhyl", diplomas.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the session of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat of the fifth
 convocation of February 14, 2012 No. 12.
