Dean of the Lisakovsk branch of distance learning of the Rudny Industrial Institute.
In the city of Lisakovsk she began working in 1977 as an economist, and then as head of the city's financial department.
 From 1996 to 2004 - Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Council of the Lisakovsk Special Economic Zone, Deputy Akim of the city of Lisakovsk.

With her direct participation, the regime of operation of a free and then a special economic zone (SEZ) was developed and implemented. 
During the operation of the SEZ, small and medium-sized businesses have developed in the city, the tax base has significantly increased, 
and the social and communal infrastructure has been preserved.

With her participation, the Strategy and the program of economic and social development of Lisakovsk until 2010 were developed.
She organized and successfully carried out their activities GKP "Fund for Economic and Social Development of the City of Lisakovsk", 
PF "Rehabilitation Fund for the Development of Small and Medium Business" and PA "Center for the Development of Small and Medium Cities of Kazakhstan".

PhD in Economics.
She was awarded the medal "Kazakhstan Respubliksynyk tauelsizdigine 10 zhyl".

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat dated July 10, 2006 No. 281.
