Biography

Head of the Lisakovskiy Regional State Archives.
From 1971 to 1979 he worked his way up from a qualified construction worker to the deputy chief engineer of the Lisakovskrudstroy trust.
From 1991 to 1995 - Deputy Chairman of the City Executive Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Administrative Council of the Lisakovskaya Free Economic Zone.
Since 1997 - General Director of PHO Lisakovskgorkommunenergo.
He took an active part in organizing the development of the scientific concept and the Development Program for the Lisakovskaya FEZ.
He was one of the initiators of the creation of the urban patriotic movement "For a self-governing city" and the chairman of the city public association "Sozidanie".
The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat dated July 10, 2006 No. 281.
He worked as deputy director for capital construction at the Krasnooktyabrsk bauxite mine department, and then the Lisakovsk chemical fiber plant under construction.
