From 1975 to 1985, he was elected a deputy of the city Council of People's Deputies and served as deputy chairman 
of the executive committee of the city Council of People's Deputies.

Supervising the social sphere, he made a great contribution to the development of public education, culture,
 sports, trade and everyday life of the city, which is a clear example of the effective activity of these industries 
at the present time. Supervised the work of law enforcement agencies in the city. His tireless life activity,
 knowledge and experience were used in all social endeavors.
Alexander Pavlovich, realizing the need to develop entrepreneurship, stood at the origins of Sputnik LLP.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the joint decision of the city akimat
 and the Lisakovsk city maslikhat dated August 4, 2001 No. 1.
