Жуланова Людмила Аркадьевна

(Date of birth - October 14, 1946)

Consultant on the issues of free economic zones of the Department of Economic Policy of the Office of the 
Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 1986 she worked as the head of the planning department of 
the construction and installation department "Kazstalmontazh".

In 1991 she was approved for the position of deputy head of the Lisakovsk city administration for economic issues.
 After the creation of the Lisakovskaya Free Economic Zone, she worked as the Deputy Chairman of the Administrative 
Council of the Lisakovskaya FEZ.

Lyudmila Arkadyevna stood at the origins of the birth of the free economic zone of the city, participated in the
 development of all the necessary documents, feasibility studies for the city's development programs, attracting investments
 aimed at preserving the social structure.
She was a deputy of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat 
of the first convocation of July 22, 1996, No. 118.
