Итимгенов Кокуш Иссович

Director of the Svemo plant.
Since 1975, Kokush Issovich worked in executive positions, first as the chief engineer of the Krasnooktyabrsky
 and Belinsky mines directorate, and then as the director of the Krasnooktyabrsky bauxite mine administration. 
He made a great contribution to the development of the Krasnooktyabrsky bauxite mine administration, as well as
 to the improvement, construction and development of the Oktyabrsky village.
In 1988 he was appointed deputy head of the economic planning department of the Kostanay regional executive committee,
 and in 1989 he was recommended for the position of director of the Svemo plant under construction.

Working at various posts, everywhere he was distinguished by responsibility for the assigned work, which did not 
leave him until the work was realized, diligence and exactingness, enviable efficiency, dedication, perseverance 
and responsiveness. Highly qualified specialist, skillful leader and organizer.
Candidate of Science (Engineering).

He was awarded the Order of the Red Banner of Labor, two Orders of the Badge of Honor, the Miner's Glory badge of 
the 3rd degree, and the Certificate of Honor of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Kazakh SSR.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Lisakovsk city maslikhat
 of the first convocation of July 22, 1996, No. 118.
