Director of the House of Culture "Stroitel", Director of the Historical and Production Museum of the Lisakovsk
 Mining and Processing Plant.Under her leadership, the entire creative team carried out a great educational work.
 New forms of mass club work were introduced: lectures for parents and students of schools of communist labor, 
the development of amateur art groups and the work of a pensioners' club. The Builder House of Culture has more
 than once confirmed the title of Excellent Work House of Culture.

The expositions of the newly created museum at the plant, headed by S. Lyapustina, revealed the history 
of the construction of the Lisakovsk mining and processing plant and the city. In addition to the huge 
excursion work, the museum also used certain forms of club work.
She was awarded the badge "Excellence in work in cultural and educational institutions of trade unions", 
certificates and diplomas.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the City of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the resolution of the Lisakovsk City
 Council of People's Deputies dated August 25, 1993.
