Foreman of the specialized team of roofers of the Kulbytstroy construction department of the Lisakovskrudstroy trust.
In the construction department "Kultbytstroy" he worked since 1972.
He devoted forty-two years to the creative work of a builder. He was directly related to the construction of the city.
 He, among the first builders, participated in the laying of residential buildings in the first microdistrict. 
There is practically not a single facility in the city where the work of G.P. Pretzer's brigade has not been invested.
Chevalier of the Order of Labor Glory, III degree. Was awarded with certificates of honor of the Ministry of Heavy 
Construction of the Kazakh SSR, the best builder in Kazakhstan.
