Ланкин Иван Степанович

Chairman of the trade union committee of the Lisakovsk mining and processing plant. Member of the Great Patriotic War.
He devoted all his knowledge, strength and life experience to solving social issues, mobilizing workers to fulfill state plans, 
socialist commitments and improving socialist competition. Repeatedly in the X and XI five-year plans LGOK was awarded the challenge
 Red Banner of the USSR Ministry of Chermet and the Central Committee of the branch trade union.

Ivan Stepanovich worked as chairman of the city council of war and labor veterans.
Extensive knowledge, high personal culture, extensive life experience allowed him to carry out public work as a propagandist for 
various public organizations for many years.
He was awarded the Order of the "Patriotic War" II degree and medals.

The title of "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Council 
of People's Deputies dated May 27, 1985 No. 131.
