Шавва Иван Фомич

Veteran of labour. Excellence in education of the Kazakh SSR. Member of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945.
Since 1972, he worked as the director of secondary school No. 3 in the city of Lisakovsk. Under his leadership, 
a great deal of work was carried out to form a culture of student behavior, their labor and patriotic education. 
Under his direct supervision, new and advanced teaching methods were introduced at school.
Being on a well-deserved rest, he actively participated in the public life of the city.
He was awarded the Order of the "Patriotic War" II degree and medals.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Executive Committee of 
the Council of People's Deputies dated April 29, 1985, No. 109.
