Foreman of the team of carpenters of the Otdelstroy construction department of the Lisakovskrudstroy trust.
From 1968 he worked on the construction of the city. The Komsomol Youth Brigade, headed by V.B. Yakushev, was directly
 involved in the construction of industrial facilities at the Lisakovsk Mining and Processing Plant, residential buildings,
 schools, nursery gardens, as well as a number of facilities in the cities of Dzhetygary and Arkalyk.

A talented organizer, a highly qualified specialist, a youth mentor did a great job among the team of the brigade to instill
 in workers a sense of responsibility for the task entrusted to them and improve their professional skills.
For his labor activity he was repeatedly rewarded with certificates, diplomas, commemorative signs, medals and was awarded the
 Order of the Badge of Honor

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Council 
of People's Deputies of August 27, 1981 No. 202.
