One of the first medical workers in the city of Lisakovsk.
Since 1967 - a medical assistant at the Lisakovskaya outpatient clinic, then at the city polyclinic.
Lisakovskoe health care began in an ordinary residential building (1 microdistrict, house no. 13, apartment no. 2), where the first paramedic V.I. hosted the reception of sick miners and builders of the future city in her two-room apartment, one of the rooms of which was equipped with a medical office.
She was distinguished by high professional skills, a sense of duty, attentiveness, responsiveness and love for people. Valentina Ivanovna's work experience in the healthcare system is about 40 years.
For many years and conscientious work she had numerous awards and gratitude.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Council of People's Deputies of August 27, 1981 No. 202.
