Locksmith-toolmaker of the steam-power shop of the Lisakovskiy ore mining and processing plant (1964 - 1973).
Many good and kind deeds have been done by the hands of a locksmith M.Zh. Zhandarbekov. The experience and knowledge of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War and labor during the formation of a new labor collective - a steam power shop - were especially useful.

Since 1973, being on a well-deserved rest, he continued to actively participate in the social life of the plant's collective as the chairman of the comrades' court, inspector of the public personnel department and mentor of youth.
He enjoyed deep respect and authority in his team.
For many years Zhandarbekov M.Zh. spoke to young people and schoolchildren with his memories as a participant in the Great Patriotic War. He was a wonderful family man who raised 10 children.
Was awarded with government awards.

The title "Honorary Citizen of the city of Lisakovsk" was awarded by the decision of the Executive Committee of the Council of People's Deputies dated August 27, 1981 No. 202.
