Mobile transfers: what will change from November 2026?
One of the criteria for controlling mobile transfers will be changed in Kazakhstan. Previously, the amount of 12 minimum wages was applied, now the maximum amount in the amount of 360 monthly calculation indices (MCI) is applied.
In 2026, this will amount to 1,557,000 tenge for three consecutive calendar months.
At the same time, the rest of the requirements remain the same:
▪️ receipt of money from 100 or more different persons in each of the three months;
▪️ transfer of money to a personal bank account that is not intended for entrepreneurial activity.
Simple transfers made between relatives and friends for personal purposes are not considered entrepreneurial income only on the fact of receipt of money.
