A corrected invoice is issued if it is necessary to make changes and (or) additions to a previously issued invoice, correct errors that do not entail replacing the supplier and (or) recipient of goods, works, or services. In this case, the previously issued invoice is canceled, as well as additional invoices, if any. Simply put, if you made a mistake in the invoice (incorrect data, typos, amounts), but the supplier and recipient do not change.
ADDITIONAL — if you need to change the amount of turnover (for example, the price changed after the transaction) or if you violated art. 213 of the Tax Code. At the same time, the old account is NOT canceled — it is simply supplemented.
